All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. When available, this will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package.
Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–48 hours after shipment.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Drift & Dry is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
